The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on our website www.made2measure.co.uk.
www.made2measure.co.uk is owned and wholly operated by Concorde Glass Limited. Purchases on the web or over the telephone are made from Concorde Glass Limited. The company is a UK company with trading and registered address Linx House, Waterloo Road, Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire, LN12 1LE. Our accountants are William Price & Co, 34 Westbury Court, High Street, Westbury on Trym, Bristol. The company registration number is 02130255 and the company VAT number is 471 8227 39.
VAT is charged on all UK purchases at the standard rate of 20%.
Customers accept that by dealing with the Company they agree to the Terms and Conditions contained in this website and that any contract formed with the Company will be a contract under the subject to the laws of England whose courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in the determination of any disputes.

Making A Purchase
The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. To order goods you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
Description of Goods & Tolerances
We provide practical data throughout the site where applicable to help guide your decision making. All images, descriptive matter, specifications, and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and are intended as a guide only. We do not accept responsibility for any preparation work based on such specifications. We endeavour to ensure product descriptions are correct but there may be some colour deviance and small deviances in size tolerance while in the production process, but these are advised in the buying process.
Our intention is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the reliability, or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. We reserve the right to change product specification without prior notice. Due to differences in models of monitors, printers and other viewing devices including individual settings on your computer we cannot guarantee that colours on images on our website are the exact and final colour of the item. In such instances our advice would be to purchase a sample if concerned in this respect.
Fitting your products and ensuring they are fit for purpose
Generally, our products do not come ready to hang and fixings need to be purchased separately unless specified clearly in our offering. It is your responsibility to ensure the fixings you purchase are suitable for purpose. We recommend that for certain products especially larger, heavier items that you please seek professional advice from a qualified source prior to ordering to ensure that the items are fit for purpose.
We accept no responsibility at all in respect of whether your walls are suitable, or the products application is appropriate for use it is intended. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure issues such as access, size, weight, properties, hanging and fitting are suitable.
We strongly advise that you do not schedule any installation work until full receipt of your goods. Concorde Glass Limited will not be liable or accept any charges relating to costs resulting from a late, incorrect or damaged delivery.
Acceptance of your order
Acceptance of your order is after it has been placed and our production planners check your order and then pass this into our production program. You will receive confirmation of this via email. Please check your order confirmation and ensure that all the details are correct. If an address is entered incorrectly, you may be liable for a redelivery charge. If you are in any doubt, please contact us immediately via email or telephone.
Payment and Price
We are entitled to adjust the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and a contact telephone number. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time you place your order whether the order has been confirmed. All prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order, unless stated otherwise.
If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
In the unlikely event we cannot complete your order on time due to stocking issues we will back order for you. At the time of placing this back order you will be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. All back orders will be notified of new delivery date within 48 hours. You will be given an opportunity to cancel again at this time.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason, we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them.
When placing an order your delivery times will be clearly advertised as all products have different delivery methods and lead times. If you mix items we will not split your order and your lead time is determined by the item with the longest lead time. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
For fragile large items delivered by our driver we will require help from a fit and abled person receiving the mirror and unloading the items from the lorry to their final position inside your entrance at the nearest safe storage point. Please note we will not navigate stairs and that the area being delivered into is safe with unencumbered access.
For smaller items we may use a standard courier but in such instances any time or date for delivery stated by the Company shall be treated as an estimate only. No liability can be accepted by the Company for failure to deliver within any specific time period. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays due to adverse weather conditions or abnormal traffic restrictions. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including consequential loss or loss of profit) arising directly or indirectly from any delay in the delivery of all or any of the goods howsoever caused.
When placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full delivery address details, including an accurate postcode of the delivery address and your daytime contact telephone number(s) and an up-to-date e-mail address so that we can notify you of dispatch and delivery date and in the event of a delivery problem. If you have entered incorrect details, you will be liable for any extra delivery charges.
Please be aware delivery of balustrade glass and larger order of glass and mirror may be delivered in the pallet network with a tail lift. The vehicle is 18MT rigid and you will need to check you have access for this. If you have any special requirements or believe access to your address may be difficult for a delivery, then please contact us at email@example.com as we can resolve this issue but there may be additional costs accrued.
Cancelling your order
If you wish to cancel your order before the goods have been delivered, you must notify us as soon as possible by email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your reason for cancellation and with the following information:
- Your full contact details
- Details of the product(s) that you wish to cancel
- The reason for cancellation
- Date of purchase
- Our order/invoice number.
We will attempt to cancel the order prior to dispatch if your purchase is for a stock item. However, if the dispatch process cannot be stopped in time before delivery of the goods, we will email back to you with a collection date. We will then arrange for the goods to be collected from you and you will be liable for the collection costs. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. You will receive a full refund once the goods have been delivered to us and have been inspected. Refunds will be made within a maximum of 5 days of your product being returned safely to us.
Please note any bespoke item cannot be cancelled once it has been passed to production. In such instances we are by law obliged to refund you all profit in the item, but we must charge for any material usage and labour applied to cover costs.
We reserve the right to cancel the order at any time until the order has been delivered for any reason and refund the customer in full.
Returning an item
If you receive a stock order in good condition but you consider any item to be unsuitable, you may return it for a refund provided that you do so within 7 days of receipt. You must notify us by email at email@example.com stating your reason for return.

We will then arrange for the goods to be collected from you and you will be liable for the collection costs. We charge £15 per item for collection. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise in accordance with these requirements. You will receive a full refund once the goods have been returned to us and have been inspected. Refunds will be made within a maximum of 5 days of the items being returned to us.
Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to consumers under English law, Concorde Glass Limited accepts no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from its inability to do so resulting from acts of god, civil commotion, riots, flood, draught, fire, legislation or other factors outside it's control, or its decision on reasonable grounds not to do so for reasons of suspicion of credit card fraud or similar, provided that it takes all reasonable steps to notify you within fourteen (14) days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases Concorde Glass Limited will not process any payment or will immediately refund any payment made, in full.
If you receive a made to measure bespoke item that is in good condition but not suitable, we will reimburse only the profit on the order. All material costs, delivery costs and labour will be paid by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure for bespoke items they are satisfied prior to ordering the items concerned are appropriate for use. We will require to see photographs of the product being disposed prior to any credit being issued.
Damaged / faulty Goods
You must notify us of any damage within 48 hours of the delivery. If we are not notified of damage within 48 hours, we cannot accept your claim. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer because of your failure to notify us within 48 hours.
We must receive photographic evidence of any damages or in the event of an incorrect size please demonstrate this with a tape measure across the entire panel at 90 degrees.
Please email this to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name / order number / item concerned. Please note often a photograph is taken when the items are delivered. If the items are moved, we cannot accept your claim for damages as the damage may have occurred during your installation or moving the items. Please be aware all items delivered by our drivers are meticulously checked at point of delivery.
If an item on a delivery is damaged make a note of the damaged item with your driver as well as emailing the office but please accept the rest of the delivery apart from the damaged item. Do not refuse the delivery unless every item is damaged. If you refuse a delivery with any undamaged items on it you will be charged for the return and the redelivery of those items.
In such instances that we accept your claim your replacement order will be expedited through production and treated as a priority to be shipped as soon as possible. You will always receive a new order confirmation for this damaged item to confirm our acceptance with a £0 value.
If your delivery arrives with a missing item, please accept the delivery, and make a note with your driver of the missing item. Please then email email@example.com with information as to the missing item with your name and order number.
In such instances your order will be expedited through production and treated as a priority to be shipped as soon as possible. You will always receive a new order confirmation for this missing item to confirm our acceptance with a £0 value.
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.
Also be aware you are liable for all risks associated with your nominated fit and able person who is helping to unload your items during the delivery process - please ensure this person is fit and able.
Made 2 Measure Mirrors do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
In the event that the Company is prevented from carrying out its obligations as a result of any cause beyond its control such as - but not limited to Acts of God, War, Strikes, Lockouts, Flood and Failure of third parties to deliver goods, the Company shall be relieved of its obligations and liabilities for as long as such fulfilment is prevented.
The Company's Liability
The Company shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable for any indirect or consequential loss howsoever caused. The Company's liability in respect of breach or non-performance of any order shall be limited to the invoiced value to which the claim relates. Goods are not tested or sold as fit for any purposes or for use under any specific conditions. Subject as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, and except where the goods are sold to a person dealing as a consumer (within the meaning of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977), all warranties, conditions or other terms implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Where the goods are sold under a consumer transaction (as defined by the Consumer Transactions (Restrictions on Statements) Order 1976) the statutory rights of the Customer are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
The copyright of all material and images on the company’s web site remains the property of Concorde Glass Limited. We aim to make our web site as accurate as possible. If there is an error, we will aim to take action to alleviate any problems as soon as possible. In the event the products or information we provide results in property, physical, or other harm, we assume no liability.
Changes to This Agreement
Concorde Glass Limited reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Special Offers and Promotions
All offers and promotions are subject to availability and change at any time. Concorde Glass Limited can end any offer and/or promotion at any time.
