Made2Measure Sponsor Caistor's 10K Race

Made2Measure Sponsor Caistor Running Club's 10K Race 'The Sting In The Tail 2017'

Made2Measure were delighted to be one of the sponsor’s for Caistor Running Club’s unique 10k race, The Sting In The Tail 2017.

This year, the event was held on Sunday 2nd July and coincided with Caistor’s annual street party “Caistor Goes Mardi Gras” and in addition to the 10k race, the event included a fun run.

Made2Measure made good use of their free place and Ali Jenkins entered into the spirit of Caistor's motto 'Run for Fun' and ran as Where’s Wally for her first Sting. Ali said ‘This is by far the best 10K race I have entered, the organisation, friendliness, fun atmosphere and support is unrivalled and all is soon forgiven for the steep hill climbs in the final few miles. You can certainly see why it gets the name ‘The Sting In The Tale’. Running with my new friend Mr Blobby made it for me and we were just a bit disappointed to be taken over by a chicken in the final kilometre”

Thank you, Caistor Running Club for organising such a great event and we will certainly be recommending the 2018 race to our friends.
